The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law "On Ratification of the Convention on Cybercrime" (re Authorized Body)

Pursuant to the Law, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is the body in Ukraine authorized to form and maintain the full-time contact network to render emergency assistance by the investigation of crimes related to the computer systems and data, prosecution of persons convicted of these crimes, and collection of evidence in the electronic form.

A relevant draft was registered under Reg. No. 0177.
